Production Administrator
Location – Leicester

The Company:
Our Leicester based clients who provide design and manufacturing services in the Retail POS industry require a Production Administrator to join their busy team in a full time and permanent role based within their Leicester offices.
This is a varied role and would suit someone that is organised, with good administration skills and with some experience within a Retail POS or manufacturing environment.
The successful; candidate will need to have strong communication skills as they will be working with internal teams (warehouse| production| project Managers) and external teams (contractors, suppliers).
SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITES
- Administration support for the production and warehouse teams
- Organising logistics for finished goods and site work
- Liaising with suppliers regarding prices
- Liaising with production teams on a daily basis regarding status of work
- Communication with internal and external teams
- Supporting across other teams and the wider business when busy
THE CANDIDATE
- Must have good administration skills – Office programs including excel
- Ideally knowledge of POS industry or manufacturing
- Good organisation skills
- Communication skills both internally and externally
- Approachable, flexible
- Record keeping – compiling and maintaining records
- Hands on, team player
