SalaryGTS Transportation is currently recruiting for a Production Administrator for our client in the Automotive Industry, based in Nottingham.
This role will involve the management of stock and ensuring it is transferred effectively to engineers for use on the field.
Responsibilities:
- Manage data on the specialised ERP system (Helpdesk), ensuring accuracy for streamlined tracking.
- Handle stock consignments, returns, and supplier coordination.
- Serve as the bridge between engineers and suppliers, ensuring seamless communication.
- Master the art of picking and packing for efficient stock replenishment.
- Provide vital product support and contribute to testing efforts.
- Efficiently manage administrative tasks related to sales orders and return procedures.
- Excel in communication both within the team and externally.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience in ERP systems and data management (familiarity with Helpdesk software is advantageous).
- Proficiency in logistics and stock management.
- Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Thrives in collaborative team environments.
In return our client is offering up to £25,000 per annum for the right candidate, working Monday- Friday.
