Working Hours: Monday Friday 08:30am 5:00pm.
Our reputable manufacturing client is currently looking for a Production Administrator to be responsible for providing administrative support to the production team and the wider business.
Main Responsibilities of the Production Administrator
• Invoice and delivery checking and processing
• Processing and accurate filing of Work Orders.
• Scanning all documentation and processing all order information
• Raising picking tickets for the production team to process
• Raising and processing delivery notes
• Filling out the dispatch log
• Booking the online transport for jobs /labels into transport packs for the transport team
• Stationary ordering
• Email delivery notes and test certificates to customers
• Responds to customer emails with high levels of customer service
• Records Data into spreadsheets / Replacement cost and operational data
Experience and Skills required
- Ideally looking for someone who I experienced within Administration
- Confident in Excel spreadsheets and internal CRM
- Good Customer Service Skills
- Strong organisational skills
