Production Administrator

A client of ours in the Braintree area are recruiting a Production Administrator to join their team. This is a full-time position working Monday - Thursday 7.30am - 4.00pm Friday 7.30am - 3.00pm and paying 24,000 - 28,000 per annum depending on experience.

Working within a Production environment, your key duties include but are not limited to:

• Auditing Time & Attendance records using the in-house system for all production employees.
• Processing Holiday requests whilst adhering to department allowances.
• Collect and enter performance data daily/per shift into a QCPC format, reporting any stoppages to the department prime for investigation.
• Work closely with the engineering team to collect data for ongoing improvement projects.
• Ensure all training is up to date and compliant by reviewing training Matrix(s) and in house training system.
• Co-ordinate with Production Manager & Production Controllers on a daily basis to enable correct scheduling/allocation of resources to machines.
• Feedback to the Production Manager promptly with any issues that require attention/action.
• Communicate to HR with any work wear requirements i.e, Protective footwear, uniform etc.
• General Admin for the department as required

• Excellent I.T. skills including all Microsoft Office Applications.
• Motivated and organised.
• Able to work independently as well as being part of a team.
