A client of ours in the Braintree area are recruiting a Production Administrator to join their team. This is a full-time position working Monday - Thursday 7.30am - 4.00pm Friday 7.30am - 3.00pm and paying 24,000 - 28,000 per annum depending on experience.
Working within a Production environment, your key duties include but are not limited to:
- Auditing Time & Attendance records using the in-house system for all production employees.
- Processing Holiday requests whilst adhering to department allowances.
- Collect and enter performance data daily/per shift into a QCPC format, reporting any stoppages to the department prime for investigation.
- Work closely with the engineering team to collect data for ongoing improvement projects.
- Ensure all training is up to date and compliant by reviewing training Matrix(s) and in house training system.
- Co-ordinate with Production Manager & Production Controllers on a daily basis to enable correct scheduling/allocation of resources to machines.
- Feedback to the Production Manager promptly with any issues that require attention/action.
- Communicate to HR with any work wear requirements i.e, Protective footwear, uniform etc.
- General Admin for the department as required
Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Production Administrator position:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent I.T. skills including all Microsoft Office Applications.
- Motivated and organised.
- Able to work independently as well as being part of a team.
