The focus of this team is on the experience of the end user who starts out as a prospect and has an interest in purchasing a subscription. The journey continues through possible offers, and then to the purchase journey. The Commerce Product Design Team also cares for the UX of the user who wants to upgrade, downgrade, or wants to cancel their subscription.

This role will mentor, conceive, define, design, develop, test, and launch vivid and compelling experiences that are contextually relevant, exceedingly useful, and will drive results.

This role will specifically focus on aiding customers with managing their account, consumer checkout journeys and initial account creation.

What you'll do:

• You are an experienced production designer with documented experience managing website/app maintenance for a similar property, ideally in the subscription commerce space.
• You have relentlessly high standards, deep operational knowledge, and expertise in digital production design
• You are a strong communicator, able to articulate your point-of-view, engage in fact- based discourse, collaborate, compromise, and bridge gaps.
• You are resourceful and you lean on yourself, able to bring the big ideas and deliver the practical daily output. 
• You have robust prioritization skills that enable you to work on multiple tracks and pivot from one project to another.
• You feel most at home in a fast-paced, iterative, and collaborative environment. 
• You are fluid and adaptable-able to pivot and work on multiple tracks and bring clarity to ambiguous initiatives. 
• Strong collaboration skills, that enables you to bring colleagues and stakeholders along on the journey.
• Robust root cause analysis and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering results

What you'll bring:

• 3+ years industry experience in the field of production design.
• Worked in a commerce experience in the past. 
• A degree in design, computer science, human factor design 
• Strong experience of consumer digital product best practices, technologies, and tools. 
• An online portfolio reflecting that experience, including shipped and currently in-market products, and demonstrating end-to-end production design approach
• Advanced expertise with leading design tools, including the Adobe Creative Cloud suite, Sketch, Figma, and other collaboration and prototyping tools 
• Strong understanding of publishing systems, content/design QA processes
• Demonstrated expertise and experience designing for web, mobile, and other application platforms
