As Production Coordinator, you'll be responsible for coordinating various elements of the production journey, assisting with the end to end process. This role will offer plenty of variety in your day and a wonderfully supportive and welcoming working atmosphere.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Raise Purchase Orders for production consumables

· Check daily timesheets for all works operatives

· Print fabrication packs comprising of fabrication drawings and lists produced by the drawing office

· Sort metal tags for inclusion in fabrication bundles to be issued to the workshops

· Compile monthly mileage submission in respect of our carbon footprint

· Maintain and track the calendar for delivery dates for construction sites

· Assist the team with enquiries, raising invoices, and taking card payments

· General day to day administrative support to the production team

· Provide cover on Reception when needed

· Raise purchase orders for production consumables

· Assist with the maintenance of the company database by ensuring all information is relevant and accurate

Skills and Experience:

· Basic Excel skills with the ability to learn new software

· Keen to learn and develop

· Excellent communication at all levels

Salary and Benefits:

· £24,000 - £26,000 per annum

· Monday - Friday office hours of 8.15am - 5.00pm

· 1 hour for lunch

· 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays

· Free parking
