SalaryOur client is looking for a Financial Planning support required for a prestigious fee-based firm, offering an outstanding service to UHNW Clients.
- Based in Farnham
- £25,000 - £35,000
- Monday to Friday, 9-5.30
Job Description:
- Input clients’ details into the company database
- Handling new business admin
- Liaise with clients for new business information, Terms of Business, tax returns etc.
- Prepare documentation for clients’ Financial Planning review meetings
- File checking for completeness
- Liaise with product providers (e.g., for valuations, trusts, product terms)
- Help advisers with meeting prep, new client packs, agendas etc.
- Supporting the Investment Proposition as necessary
- Involvement in wider company projects as appropriate
- Attend client meetings with advisors and schedule post meeting actions
- Technical research
- Do fee estimates
- Draft simple suitability letters
Person Specification:
- Comply with FCA conduct rules at all times
- Financial Services/IFA Support experience preferred.
- Willing to pursue career within the IFA sector and gain qualifications up to Chartered level.
- Well spoken, organised and efficient.
- Comfortable dealing with UHNW clients
- Smart appearance/professional speaking voice.
- Ideally educated to degree level.
