Key Responsibilities of a Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Manager:
- You will assist and be involved with internal financial reporting, planning and budgeting to maximise the impact and financial sustainability of the organisation.
- You will be the key support for the Head of Financial Management to help improve financial decision making and forecasting across the function, divisions and business as a whole.
- The role requires strong technical financial knowledge, excellent communication as well as the ability to create meaningful insights from financial and other data.
- It also requires very high level excel skills combined with excellent technical financial accounting knowledge and the ability to simplify and automate processes through effective use of digital tools.
- Qualified Accountant ACA, ACCA or CIMA.

- High level communication skills, verbal and written.
- Strong organisational and planning skills.
- Ability to make decisions and use initiative in highly pressured environments.
- Strong technical accounting skills, primarily UK GAAP/SORP.
- Experience of preparing budgeting and planning exercises in a large and complex organisation.
- Highly proficient in Excel with MS PowerPoint/Word Skills.
- Data interpreter with reporting and analytical skills, strong value in the integrity of information.
