Domus Recruitment have an exciting opportunity with our client who are looking for Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Manager, on 12-month fixed term contract to cover maternity. This is a fully remote role, with some travel to the head office in Croydon for meetings.

Key Responsibilities of a Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Manager:
  • You will assist and be involved with internal financial reporting, planning and budgeting to maximise the impact and financial sustainability of the organisation.
  • You will be the key support for the Head of Financial Management to help improve financial decision making and forecasting across the function, divisions and business as a whole.
  • The role requires strong technical financial knowledge, excellent communication as well as the ability to create meaningful insights from financial and other data.
  • It also requires very high level excel skills combined with excellent technical financial accounting knowledge and the ability to simplify and automate processes through effective use of digital tools.
Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Manager Requirements:
  • Qualified Accountant ACA, ACCA or CIMA.
  • Always encourages development and inclusion.
  • Passionate about the United Response purpose and values.
  • High level communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills.
  • Ability to make decisions and use initiative in highly pressured environments.
  • Strong technical accounting skills, primarily UK GAAP/SORP.
  • Experience of preparing budgeting and planning exercises in a large and complex organisation.
  • Highly proficient in Excel with MS PowerPoint/Word Skills.
  • Data interpreter with reporting and analytical skills, strong value in the integrity of information.
