Financial Planning Administrator - IFA Firm with HNW clients - £30k - £35k - Near Weybridge/Walton-on-Thames (Surrey) + Bonus
My client is an independent wealth planning business with offices in Surrey who have been operating since 2013. They have an excellent reputation providing very solid financial advice to City professionals, families, business owners retirees and accumulators, many of whom fall into the HNW category with over £1m of assets to invest.
This business has a team of 3 Advisers and a full administrative and paraplanning team who support them in a smooth and effective advice offering to their clients. Due to an increase in incoming business and an increase in reviews, a vacancy has come available for a brand-new Financial Administrator who can administer all back office administration from start to finish. You will be drafting LOA's and LOV's, preparing all work for annual reviews, processing new business, processing fund switches, preparing meeting packs etc.
The role will be office based which is near Weybridge/Walton-on-Thames (Surrey). If you are sitting any exams towards your level 4 diploma, then a full study support package will be provided. A lot of emphasis is placed on staff wellbeing and team rapport and the Directors are always keen to regularly host company socials and trips away.
My client are looking to offer c.£30k - £35k basic salary plus a comprehensive study support package and bonus.
