Manufacturing / Production Engineer competencies should include:
- Solid Engineering knowledge to include familiarity with technical drawings.
- Good knowledge of electronic and mechanical manufacturing processes.
- The ability to hold technical conversations with suppliers.
- Experience of electronic and mechanical assembly.
- A formal Engineering qualification is preferred.
- CAD capability is great to see.
About the Manufacturing Support Engineer job: Working closely with design engineers on a wide range of manufacturing support activities, you will be responsible for documentation, detailing associated test and production requirements, liaising with suppliers in a technical manner as well as supporting in-house radar testing.
