We are currently seeking a highly experienced and proficient Production Engineering Manager to join our esteemed company based in the scenic city of Plymouth. As a Production Engineering Manager, you will play a vital role in our manufacturing process, overseeing and managing various levels of the organisation, while setting and maintaining high standards of productivity and efficiency.

As the Production Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of production engineers to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations. You will be the driving force behind our production processes and will be expected to provide guidance and support to your team in achieving our goals.

As a Production Engineering Manager, you will be expected to accurately provide manufacturing costings to support decision making and budgeting processes.

To be successful in this role, you must have a strong background in Production Engineering and team management. You must possess expertise in various welding techniques - spot, projection, Mig, Tig and robotic welding. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to effectively collaborate with individuals from diverse backgrounds. Your ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under strict deadlines will be crucial in this role.
