Procurement Coordinator
As the Procurement Coordinator you will be working within one of the best known and admired brands in the world for this Hybrid role - 3 days in the office & 2 days wfh.
Purpose of the role:
You will be providing procurement support to the team and be responsible for procurement system processing in the ERP system (SAP) and engaging and coordinating with the internal and external stakeholders for the completion of the procurement process (P2P.)
Key accountabilities:
- ERP system processing for supplier's invoice payment.
- ERP system processing for completion of low value transactional procurement work.
- Engage/contact suppliers to resolve the procurement related issues.
- Manage new vendor registration process and update tracker.
- Conduct administrative work to support a procurement team.
- Ensure procurement month end to be met.
Qualifications & experience:
Essential:
- Bachelor's degree held or minimum 1-year work experience in procurement, supply chain management and/or IT industry.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel Application.
Desirable:
- Familiar with ERP system e.g.
SAP, Microsoft Dynamics etc. - CIPS Level 3 Advanced Certificate or above held.
