Production Operative
Reporting
- Position reports to Production Manager
Tasks
- Receive instruction from the Production Supervisor ( or Production Manager or Deputy Production Manager when appropriate)
- Undertake production tasks as instructed in accordance with relevant job breakdowns, safely and at an appropriate rate.
- Conduct appropriate quality and safety checks as instructed and complete relevant records as required.
Skills
- To receive, understand and act on relevant verbal and written instructions from the Production Supervisor, Deputy Production Manager or Production Manager.
- To work accurately and at an appropriate rate for the task being undertaken.
- To be flexible in acquiring new skills, with appropriate training, to undertake a variety of production tasks to meet operational priorities.
- To co-operate with production colleagues so that multi-task operations are conducted effectively.
Further Details:
- Hourly wage based on experience from £12.00 to £13.00.
- Benefits packages include full training, offer a contributory pension scheme, 23 days annual leave plus bank holiday and on-site free parking.
- Hours of work will be Monday - Friday from 7.00am to 3.30pm
