Key Responsibilities as a Factory Operative :
Collaborate with a team to ensure the smooth operation of the production line.
Maintain high-quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.
Embrace physically demanding tasks in a manual role.
Seize on-the-job training opportunities to enhance your skills and progress to more technical aspects.
Qualifications and Skills:
Previous factory experience as a Machine Operator is preferred.
Proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn.
Excellent team player with the ability to thrive in a busy production environment.
Benefits:
Competitive pay rates: 14.70 per hour.
Rotating shifts: 06:00-14:00 / 14:00-22:00 Monday-Friday.
Temporary position with the potential for long-term and permanent opportunities.
28 days holiday pay, rising to 33 days after 12 weeks.
