Job Overview: Currently seeking a dedicated Production Foreman to join their team. The successful candidate will play a key role in motivate and taking a lead a team, working collaboratively to achieve key company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning and executing daily projects across the factory.
- Ensuring elevated levels of quality, health, and safety standards.
- Nurturing a proficient and robust team.
- Contributing insights during management meetings to enhance continuous improvement in factory operations.
- Innate self-motivation and resourcefulness to lead daily production operations.
- Substantial expertise in both fabrication and machining.
- Exceptional organizational abilities.
