Based at their manufacturing site in Grays, this permanent position offers the chance to become a valued member of a company that prioritises its staff and provides established career paths.
Responsibilities:
- Join a multi-skilled team responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting complex process technology.
- Ensure the daily running of the production line, producing a high-quality product that improves the lives of consumers.
- Work in a 24/5 operation, requiring a 12.5-hour shift pattern covering days and nights.
Qualities We Seek:
- Proven practical background in applying process, operational, and mechanical skills to solve production and equipment-related challenges.
- High level of personal accountability and ownership for results.
- Leadership potential and a willingness to take on difficult challenges.
- Ability to suggest and implement changes to improve systems, work processes, and equipment reliability.
