A rare opportunity for a Production Manager to join my client’s well-established organisation in South Kent. If you have previous experience working as a Production Managerand are looking for a newand excitingrole, then this could be the role for you!
As a Production Manager, you will be:
- Managing all aspects of production including the creation of production plans.
- Organising the production schedule and allocating workload.
- Working closely with other members of the management team.
- Leading the production team and ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Looking at ways to increase productivity and reducing costs.
- Authorising annual leave , conducting disciplinaries, return to work, and other documentation.
- Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Any other duties required.
The successful Production Manager will have / be:
- Previous experience working as a Production Manager.
- Experience in machine/component industry, or relevantengineering capacity.
- Able to create effective production plans whilst being cost effective.
- The ability to lead a large team.
- A full UK driving licence.
