As a Production Manager, you will be part of the Production Management Team and be responsible for promoting a quality culture by ensuring that all aspects of food safety, legality, quality and product authenticity are observed.
In your first few weeks in this Production Manager role, you can expect to:
- Be required to carry out other duties within your capabilities and level of responsibility, in order to meet the needs of the business
- Be part of the Production Management Team, as well as the Head of Operations Performance Criteria/KPIs.
- Driving KPI's across the production department, ensuring quality, food safety and driving continuous improvement through the production department.
To apply for this Production Manager role, you will have a strong production management experience within food manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of HACCP, BRC and Food Safety standards.
- Understanding of lean and continuous improvement process and practices.
- IOSH or equivalent
- Manufacturing operational background
- Manufacturing management experience within a food environment.
