Factory Based. Commutable from Longridge, Preston, Blackburn, Blackpool, Lancaster, Skipton and surrounding areas.

Within this pivotal role, you will have full responsibility for the continued effectiveness of the production department, managing the supply chain and a team of 7 supervisors. Candidates with Senior Leadership experience from a production or manufacturing background are encouraged to apply.

The Role:

• Lead and coordinate the Production Department to deliver a high level of manufacturing efficiency
• Management of 7 supervisors and ~70 engineers / operatives
• Monday - Friday, days based

The Person:

• Management experience in a Manufacturing or Production environment
• Lean manufacturing experience desirable
• Lives commutable to Longridge
