Global Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for a Production Planning and ControlAssistant Manager.

The position focuses on optimizing the production process to meet demand while minimizing costs and ensuring quality and safety. The Production Planning and control Manager is critical in coordinating different departments and stakeholders to ensure that the production process runs smoothly, and that the organization can meet its business objectives.

The full-time position of Production Planning and Control Assistant Manager leads the Production Planning Team includes (but is not limited to):developing and implementing production plans, managing manufacturing lead times, coordinating with the production/stores team to ensure that raw materials are available, ERP management control monitoring production output, new model introduction planning, product identification accuracy, capacity planning, team development, training and wellbeing,ensuring all related parties are informed and aligned with production schedules.

The successful candidate will possess a combination of technical, analytical, and leadership skills, can continuously prioritize, and shines in a challenging environment. They will have proven history in achieving established goals, including, inventory levels, Production Planning accuracy, capacity utilisation, productivity, training, scheduling efficiencies, and the oversight of equipment, system performance and downtime, identifying operational growth opportunities ensuring employees focus on safety first.
