The role:

• Managing the production team, planning and scheduling
• Ensuring excellent standards of quality, health and safety are upheld
• Establishing commercial relationships with internal suppliers
• Resolving possible issues within the manufacturing process

The person:

• Understanding of lean methodologies
• Experience developing and implementing manufacturing systems
• Man management experience
