Are you a proven Manager from an injection moulding background looking for a challenging role within a global leader of the automotive industry, where you will be responsible for 3 shifts and report directly to the Operations Manager?
In this role you will be a crucial member of this high-tech automotive production facility, responsible for a team of highly skilled engineers and operatives. This role heavily relies on your people management skills and technical proficiency to improve team productivity. You will be responsible for budget, scheduling hours, upholding quality standards and managing Health and Safety.

There will be in-house training on the specific machinery you will be working on and plenty of opportunities to progress into senior roles throughout the business as you progress your skillset.
This role would suit a Production Manager or similar with Injection Moulding experience looking for a role that provides the responsibility and authority of a senior position with progression opportunties throughout the business.
The Role:

• Manage the success of team members
• Upholding quality standards for the Moulding department
• Managing Health and Safety
• Ensuring shift cycle times and production targets are met

The Person:

• Injection Moulding background
• Previous managerial experience
• IOSH Trained
