Production Manager

```Duties```
- Oversee and manage the production process, ensuring efficiency and productivity
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize production operations
- Coordinate with other departments such as packing, supply chain, quality control, and maintenance to ensure smooth workflow
- Monitor production schedules and adjust as necessary to meet deadlines
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
- Train and supervise production staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve business processes and achieve operational goals

```Requirements```
- Proven experience as a Production Manager or in a similar role- preferably in chocolate but not essential.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of food production - FMCG
- Knowledge of supply chain management principles
- Familiarity with business processes and quality control systems
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions, reporting on KPI's
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, but not required

Salary: £40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
