What You Will Do:
Manage and lead a team of production staff, ensuring that they are motivated, trained, and equipped to consistently meet production targets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, quality control, and logistics to drive efficient and seamless production processes.
Monitor production schedules, optimise workflow, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness.
Proactively identify and address production issues, troubleshooting any challenges that may arise to minimise disruptions.
Implement and maintain strict adherence to health and safety guidelines, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.
Drive a culture of quality excellence, fostering a mindset of continuous improvement and ensuring products meet or exceed customer expectations.

What You Will Need:
Previous experience as a Production Manager in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Proven track record of successfully leading teams and achieving production targets.
Strong knowledge of production processes, Lean principles, and quality management systems.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think on your feet.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
A valid driver's licence and willingness to travel as required.
