In this temp to perm role you will become multiskilled and trained in various processes and machinery types.
Job Title: Production Operative
Pay: £10.85-£11.89, paid weekly (includes shift allowance)
Hours: 3 shift rotation (mornings, afternoons, nights)
Responsibilities
- Operating manufacturing equipment, including extrusion lines
- Reading production sheets and interpreting product specifications
- Adhering to production schedules, working in a timely manner and reporting any delays
- Test and inspect products
- Focus on scrap reduction
- Quality checking products
Experience required
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
- An interest in manufacturing, engineering or maintenance
- Computer literate
- Good communication skills
