We are recruiting for multiple Production Operatives to assist with growth and increased work load at a manufacturing company based in the Rotherwas area of Hereford (HR2).
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 6am-2pm/2pm-10pm/10pm-6am (Rotating) All applicants must be flexible to work all 3 shifts
Pay: 10.42 - 11.02 per hour
The main duties:
- Day to day production
- Monitoring machines/maintenance
- Qualitychecking each item produced and ensuring it adheres to specifications
- Reporting and assisting with any production issues
- Lifting and organising and packing products
- Complywith health and safety regulations on site
- Compile documents for in progress/completed production orders
- Experience in an industrial production role
- Fully flexible to work the rotating shifts
- Hard working and willing to go the extra mile
The position will initially be temporary with the view for a permanent offer following a successful12 week period. You will be joining a current team of 5 operatives, shift manager andlead operator and will be a vital part in the day to day fulfilmentof the production procedure.
