Full-Time positions
Our client is looking for Production Operatives to join the team at their vehicle manufacturing plant in Redditch our client are the leading experts of automotive interior manufacturing in the UK and worldwide.
Hours of work
Monday Friday. 3 Rotational shifts available. (One week AM, one week PM and one weeknights)
12.98 per hour
£20.96 per hour Sunday
39 hours per week + overtime available
Pay Rates:
• Days only: £11.41
• Two shift rotation: £12.02
• Three shift rotation: £12.98
• Overtime is paid at time and half after 39h and Saturday and double time on Sunday.

Job Description:
You will join our production team responsible to produce interiors of cars, you will be working within one of our main areas of production which are Assembly, Production Line, Logistics, Direct supply or Warehouse.
Are you the right person? You will need:
• The ability to follow standardised work and build to the same quality every time.
• Attention to detail.
• Good levels of attendance.
• Flexibility to carry out overtime when required.
• Be physically able to carry out manual work.
• Enthusiastic and committed.
Some of your responsibilities could be:
• Working on our production line, running one of our manufacturing processes, building an element for the interior of vehicle
• Confirming quality, and inspection.
• Taking ownership for improving the condition of your process.
