SalaryHRGO are recruiting Production Operatives for our specialist manufacturing client in Birkenhead. You will be part of a growing team in an exciting industry, all positions are being recruited on a temp to perm basis.
Job Title:Production Operative
Location: Birkenhead
Pay: £12 per hour, paid weekly
Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm (3pm finish on a Friday)
Responsibilities
- Operate hand tools and machinery safely and efficiently to produce construction materials
- Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Assist in the assembly and fabrication of construction components
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures
Job Requirements
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment is preferred but not essential
- Proficient in using a variety of hand tools, or be confident and willing to learn how to use them
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- This is a physically demanding role
