Kingdom People are recruiting for several Production Operatives to work at one of our client’s sites, the customer is a leading tomato grower.
Where:Southport, PR4 area.
Hours: On average 40 hours per week. Monday to Friday 06:30am - 16:30pm or Tuesday to Saturday 06:30am - 18:30pm.
Pay rate: £11.44 per hour.

The role:
Production Operatives will be expected to do the following tasks (list is not exhaustive):
- Checking the product matches the packaging.
- Planting tomatoes according to instructions.
- Packing products in warehouse.
- Following site rules and procedures.
- Filling in paperwork if required.
- Quality control of products.
- Reporting issues to team leader.
- Manual handling will be required.
Requirements:
Production Operatives ideally need to fulfil the following requirements:
- Be able to work 9-12 hourr shifts.
- Previous experience not required.
- Being able to commute to PR4 area (public transport available from Southport and Preston)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
