Production Operator Responsibilities:

As a Production Operator at Brett Martin, you will:

• Work various shift patterns, including 12-hour shifts on a rotating day and night schedule.

  • 2 Set Pattern: Runs 4 x 12-hour shifts back-to-back – either Mon – Thurs or Tues – Fri. Guaranteed 6 hours of overtime built into the shift pattern.

  • 4 Set (Continental) Pattern: 12-hour shifts rotating between 4 days and 3 days each week including weekends
• Demonstrate literacy and numeracy skills.
• Showcase excellent manual dexterity skills.
• Ideally, bring recent experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ideally, have prior experience with shift work.
