As a Production Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes. You will work closely with our production team and support various tasks to maintain efficiency and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- To build wire sub-assemblies for a variety of instruments to company standards, using engineering documentation and procedures
- Ensuring daily/weekly targets are met
- To be able to work in a team environment.
- To work under limited supervision.
- To contribute to improvement activities as part of the development of a lean manufacturing environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a production environment is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and record-keeping.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy objects when necessary.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
