Description
- Plan and manage production schedules to ensure 100% on-time delivery of all customer orders.
- Analyse sales order releases concerning capacity planning and material requirements.
- Complete root cause analysis for production variances.
- Interact with sales, project management, and operations to understand demand forecast drivers.
- Perform supply chain and logistics functions, such as material procurement, production planning, inventory control, outsourcing, vendor selection and distribution.
- Create comprehensive reports on material, inventory and production status.
- Oversee customer orders, deliveries and lead times.
- Ensure implementation of best practices within the production planning processes.
