Form of workWe are currently recruiting on behalf of one of our prestigious clients based within the Mansfield area. Our client is a creative marketing agency with specialisms in print management, fulfilment and design.
An exciting opportunity has arisen within their dedicated Print/3D Production Scheduling team. This team is responsible for the coordination and control of all resources within a busy manufacturing environment.
Successful candidate
The suitable candidate will need to demonstrate an understanding of linked manufacturing processes and delivery of world class customer service.
Excellent inter-personal skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities in a controlled manner and the ability to cope under pressure are pre-requisites for this role.
A working knowledge of scheduling software would be advantageous but not essential although general IT literacy is a must.
Must be able to work within a small, dedicated team. You will also integrate with internal stakeholders across the whole group.
Daily duties
- Scheduling campaigns ensuring all resources are available in a timely manner.
- Scheduling test products to ensure production runs smoothly.
- Estimating job timelines.
- Overseeing jobs from start to finish to ensure quality meets client expectations.
- Ensuring all systems are always up to date.
Hours of work
- Monday to Friday
- 08.30 - 17.30
- Flexibility is essential due to the nature of the business, out of hours will be required.
