Production Scheduler
We are recruiting a highly organised and detail-orientated individual to join a growing and complex business in their planning department as Production Scheduler. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in optimising production processes by developing and maintaining efficient production schedules.
You’ll collaborate with multiple departments including, production, procurement and logistics to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of products to the customers.
Key Responsibilities.
* Develop and maintain production schedules based on customer orders, production capacity and inventory levels.
* Collaborate with all departments to allocate resources, prioritise orders and agree alignment on production schedules.
* Analyse production data to identify improvement areas.
* Quickly resolve scheduling conflicts and communicate any anticipated delays.
* Work with procurement to ensure timely supply of raw materials.
* Monitor KPI’s and suggest improvement initiatives.
* Look for continuous improvement opportunities.
