Job Description
- Lead a production team to meet manufacturing targets.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Develop and implement procedures to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Coordinate with other departments to streamline operations.
- Implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
- Responsible for people management of the team.
- Resolve any production issues in a timely and effective manner.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Production Team Leader should have:
- Proven leadership skills with experience in a Shift Manager role.
