and install retail stores and commercial spaces for some of the world's largest sports and luxury
brands. They are currently seeking a proactive and experienced individual to lead their production team in maintaining operational efficiency, quality output, and a safe working environment.
(Production Supervisor) - Position Overview
- Managing a team of approx. 20 technicians
- Coordinating workflow
- Ensuring adherence to safety standards
- Contributing to continuous process improvement
- Dealing with people, inspiring, leading and motivating others
- Creating a successful, driven and engaged workforce
- Monitor productivity rates and product standards developing quality control
- Work closely with all departments, teams, building great relationships with staff and managers
- Own the production process and adjust schedules as needed
- Engage, develop, support and lead your teams, developing company culture and always aligning to company values.
- Planning and organisation skills to be able to run and monitor the production process.

- Time Management and organisational skills
- Ability to multi-skill
- Self-motivated and confident to work on your own initiative
- High attention to detail
- Committed to meeting deadline and targets and punctual
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to put in extra hours to meet tight deadline where required.
- Ability to use woodwork machinery and hand tools
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Experience in low voltage LED lighting
- Sign & print production/fabrication skills
- Proficient in the application of vinyl onto a variety of substrates
- Good IT skills
(Production Supervisor) - Position Remuneration
- Salary £30,000 per annum
- Monday - Friday
- 8:30am - 5pm
- Overtime available
- 20 days holiday + Bank Holidays
