SalaryMCS Group is proud to be working with one of the top companies within the materials handling sector, to recruit a Production Supervisor to join their growing team based in Craigavon.
The company has recently implemented a new manufacturing assembly line located, which uses the latest technology and methods for product flow, automation, tooling and data communication.
You will;
- Lead the new manufacturing line encompassing around 50 operators and support team.
- Be responsibly for the supervising and mentorship to captains and area coach.
- Coordinate the root cause analysis and implement continuous improvement.
- Ensure a safe working environment.
- Review quality performance daily
- Co-ordinate root cause analysis at Tier 2 level
- Manage the area production schedule and staffing
- Evaluate and create performance evaluations and training plans
Essential Requirements
- Educated to A Level (or equivalent)
- Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
- Previous experience working with Lean methodologies and manufacturing processes.
- IT Skills and knowledge of MS Office
- Able to work day/evening shifts
Salary
- Salary circa £40,000 - £45,000 (D0E)
