Our client is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Production Supervisor to join their dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented individual to make a significant impact and contribute to the continued success of our client's production operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks.
- Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement to maximise productivity and quality.
- Train and support production staff, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimise production schedules and ensure smooth workflow.
- Implement and maintain production targets, ensuring that they are met within the established timeframes.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Troubleshoot any production issues and take corrective actions as necessary.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within a production environment is essential.
- Solid knowledge of production processes, quality control, and health and safety regulations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with colleagues at all levels.
