Production Supervisor

A1 Personnel are currently recruiting for a Production Supervisor for a permanent contract on behalf of our client based in Basildon.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduction daily meeting, liaising with senior management
• Training and leading new and existing members of staff
• Employee performance management( setting goals, observing and providing feedback)
• Ensuring the quality of products and minimizing waste.
• Be confident with Health and Safety procedures
• Stock controlling, ordering new stock
• Liaising with various departments

Requirements:

• Previous experience in the windows manufacturing environment and good knowledge of aluminum fabrication
• Minimum 2 years previous supervisory experience.
• Great communication and organizational skills.
• Computer literate

Hours: Monday to Friday: 7.30am-4pm
