SalaryCSS are seeking a Production Supervisor for a busy production company based in Witham.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with good communication skills.
Duties will include:
- Performance Management
- Maintenance of Health & Safety including a daily Fire Marshall role
- Being accountable for: Team Leaders, Machine Operators, Production Operatives, and the Hygiene Team.
- Staff Management & Training
Working Hours:
Monday Friday either 8am 5pm or 9am 6pm
This is a permanent position offering a salary of GBP28,000 - GBP30,000 per year.
