Fruit Production Supervisor

CSS are currently looking to recruit a Fruit Production Supervisor to join one of our clients teams based in Witham, Essex on a permanent basis.

The ideal candidate must be highly motivated, a good communicator and problem solver as well as a natural self-starter and team player. The overall responsibility of the Production Supervisor will be to manage production and warehouse activities within the manufacturing site.

Working Schedule

• Monday – Fridayy

  8am - 5pm or 9am - 6pm

Duties Will Include

• Staff management and training

• Performance management

• Maintenance of quality standards

• Maintenance of health & safety standards including Fire Marshal role on a daily basis

• Accountable for Team Leaders, Machine Operators, Production Operatives and the Hygiene Team

• Any other reasonable duties as assigned by the Line Manager

Salary

£28,000 - £30,000 per annum
