- Experience working in a fast-paced production environment.
- Strong experience working as leader of staffing.
- Experience in doing one to ones and training schedules with staffing.
- Strong with updating records.
- Experience with production schedules.
- Experience with first and last off's.
- Quality control
- Staff training & development
