AddressProactive Personnel ltd are currently recruiting for 2 experienced Production Team Leaders for our market leading client based in the Stafford area.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing, dynamic business in the area. We are looking for candidates who are experienced in a varied production role who have some kind of exposure to assembly / bespoke engineering.
We are looking for a Supervisor / Team Leader who has experience working with a variety of products / set ups and production lines. No two days are the same, and adaptability is absolutely key to this role!
As part of your role, you will be required to:
- Plan and organise production resources in order to meet customer requirements.
- Monitor and control production key performance indicators of cost, quality, delivery, housekeeping, absence etc in accordance with company requirements.
- Support and drive continuous improvement activities in order to optimise costs, equipment and processes.
- Leadership of direct reports, building effective teams, develop motivation and commitment, maintain morale and action all disciplinary issues.
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures of the company including Health and Safety.
08:00 - 17:00 Monday - Thursday, 08:00 - 14:00 Friday.
