About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Production Operative to lead a small team within the production area. You will be leading a small team working on a continuous production line.
Responsibilities of the Senior Production Operative.
The Senior Production Operative you will responsible for the following
- Operating laminator line equipment ensuring the production line runs efficiently
- Day to day supervision, encouragement and motivation of the team to meet their objectives
- Planning and issuing of jobs
- Monitoring production processes and carrying our quality checks
- Assembling goods onto the production line
- Completing process paperwork
- General warehouse duties
- Ensure that all Health & Safety procedures are followed.
Skills & Experience for the Senior Production Operative.
To be considered for this role you are required to have the following
- Supervisory experience - good leadership and communication skills (minimum of 2 years)
- Experience of running continuous production equipment
- The ability to work quickly, efficiently and have a good attention to detail
- Experience of problem solving and fault finding
- Have excellent organisational skills.
- Have a flexible can do attitude

You will be joining a company that is growing and has production facilities in the USA and Europe as well as the manufacturing facility in Wellingborough.
