Job Title: Production Team Leader
Location: Harrogate
Hours: Full Time, Monday - Friday
Salary: Up to £28,000

We are currently seeking to a hardworking, reliable and enthusiastic Team Leader to join our client in Harrogate.

Responsibilities:
• Lead and motivate Production Team for enhanced productivity
• Ensure products meet quality standards
• Create and manage production schedules
• Maintain accurate inventory records
• Conduct monthly stock takes

Qualifications:
• Proven production leadership experience
• Strong motivational and organizational skills
• Knowledge of production planning and inventory management
