Skills required for the Production Team Leader
- Previous Experience working in the Food Manufacturing Sectors
- The Production Team Leader should have experience in managing 3+ operators on a daily basis
- The production Team leader will run it's Day to day compliance checks
- Experience setting and delivering on KPIs
- The production Team Leader will be setting up the production lines
- Motivated and Driven by Improvements
- Daily meetings with the production manager
