AddressBrightwork are pleased to be recruiting for a Production Technician on behalf of our client based in Port Glasgow, on a full time, permanent basis.
Working with this client, duties will include but are not limited to:
- Construct/wire mechanical and electrical components with precision and attention to detail.
- Identify and repair faults.
- Support the Production & Inventory Manager to ensure products are securely packed ready for dispatch.
- Regularly conduct quality control tests to ensure all products meet Safer Group’s rigorous quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve any production issues.
- Equipment maintenance in collaboration with the engineering team
- Continuously seek ways to improve processes.
- Ensure the workshop is risk free in line with HSE policies and procedures.
- Support other members of the engineering/production team as and when required.
- Carry out any other ad-hoc duties as and when required.
Experience:
- Manufacturing and or electrical production experience
- Working to agreed timelines.
- Proficient use in both electrical and hand tools
- Excellent problem solving and attention to detail skills.
- Ability to work independently and challenge the status quo.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in fast paced environment.
Qualifications:
- Clean Driving Licence
- Valid CSCS Card (Preferred)
