Responsibilities:

Quality Assurance:

  • Enforce quality control measures to guarantee that our products adhere to industry standards and meet customer requirements.
  • Conducting regular inspections and rigorous testing procedures to confirm the integrity of our products.

Process Improvement:

  • Work closely with engineering teams to offer valuable input aimed at continuously enhancing our manufacturing processes.
  • Propose and implement efficiency-enhancing measures to optimise production processes.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum HNC qualification in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 2 years proven experience as a Manufacturing Technician in both mechanical and electrical disciplines.
  • Proficiency in fault finding and troubleshooting within a production assembly environment.
  • Strong understanding of industry regulations, safety standards, and quality control processes.

Skills:

  • Advanced knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Proficient in using relevant manufacturing tools and equipment.
  • Ability to work on own initiative when required.
  • Enjoys challenging the status quo.
  • Good PC skills.
