About the role
Join our team at Baileys Irish Cream as a Manufacturing Operator and take full ownership of operating a high-speed bottling line with a focus on manufacturing excellence.
Responsibilities include equipment operation, maintenance, quality checks and completing shift handovers.
You will also support the craft team with breakdowns and maintenance activities, ensure plant health and safety, and stock control.
This role requires 100% adherence to quality checks, involvement in continuous improvement activities, and inputting data onto databases.

About you
We are looking for a Production Operator to join our team. Essential qualifications include GCSEs Maths and English, with a science background being desirable.
Experience with computer systems such as MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and SAP is preferred, along with previous experience in the Food and Drink/Pharmaceutical Industry and high-speed bottling lines is advantageous.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, react quickly to safety and quality issues, mechanical and electrical awareness, and knowledge of quality and materials supply are advantageous.
Ability to complete documentation accurately, identify and resolve material problems, and problem-solving skills are essential.
