Production Technician

Crem Recruitment has been appointed to recruit for this fantastic start-up business who are in the process of developing cutting edge materials that could change the world.
Our client is looking to recruit a Production Technician, reporting to the Production Manager to join their team in rural Hertfordshire (SG8)
Key Responsibilities:
* Pre-production run set-up.
* Machine operation.
* Raw material preparation.
* Production run management.
* Postproduction clean down.
* Clean, pack and prepare finished products for put-away.
* Adding the finished stock to the stock management system
Personal Requirements:
* Experience working in a production environment.
* Exposure to process development and product development.
* You’ll be enthusiastic with a positive mind-set, enjoying failure as a stepping stone to success.
* You’ll be flexible in your approach to work, happy to change processes with the needs of the business.
* UK Driving License.
Working Hours and Pay:
Monday – Friday, 9.30am – 5.30pm
* c. £25,000 dependent upon experience and attitude.
